Shipping Policy for Shallmelo

1. Shipping Locations Shallmelo offers shipping across Australia. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for future updates.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Shallmelo offers free standard shipping for orders over AUD $99.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping:  1-3 business days (additional fees apply).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods or holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package’s progress with the provided tracking number. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team at contact@shallmelo.com.au.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do everything we can to assist you in receiving your order promptly.

7. Address Changes Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If changes are needed after your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately at contact@shallmelo.com.au. We will do our best to update your details, though changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or the wrong item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
